Today we root into stillness and rise into self-connection. May this space of solitude feel intentional, gentle, and restorative. A place where nothing is required of you except presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Monday Practice<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create the container<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Choose a small window of time\u20145, 10, or 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let yourself know: This time is just for me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Soften the senses<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Reduce stimulation where you can.
