Monday Salutation

Being here means you are committing to keep your Monday grounding going. We appreciate and see you working!

Scaffolding comes from the work of psychologist Lev Vygotsky who describes how people learn best with the right kind of support at the right time. Scaffolding in personal development means breaking big goals or emotional challenges into manageable steps, offering temporary supports and gradually removing them as confidence and capacity grow. In wellness, scaffolding can look like setting micro-goals instead of overwhelming ones, using prompts and or routines or leaning into community or coaching until the new habit becomes internal.

Monday Practice

Choose one task today that feels slightly out of reach, and add one small support to make it doable. (This could be setting a timer, using a checklist, asking for accountability or breaking the task into a 5-minute starter step. Small supports create big momentum.)

Monday Writing Prompt

On my Monday where do I need more support, and what small scaffold can help me take the next step? One goal, habit, emotional area that feels challenging. Then list 1-5 simple supports (tools, routines, people, or boundaries) that would make that next step feel lighter and more doable.

Monday Mantra

“I grow with gentle steps and supportive structure.” Repeat during the day when you are aligning the support to task.
