It doesn’t. Acceptance is simply looking reality dead in the eye and saying, “This is the starting line.” Once we accept what is, we stop wasting energy wishing things were different, and we finally unlock the power to choose what happens next. Let’s step into our true power today.
Monday Practice: The Clearing Breath (7 Minutes)
The Grounding: Plant your feet firmly on the ground. Straighten your spine, lengthening your posture to embody a sense of readiness and quiet strength.
The Activation: Take a deep, full breath in through your nose, filling up your lungs entirely. Hold it at the top for three seconds, acknowledging your current reality. Then, let out a sharp, powerful exhale through your mouth, clearing out the old energy. With every cycle of breath, imagine clearing away the fog of “what ifs” so you can see your path forward with absolute clarity.
