Monday Tip Box Breathing

Take ten minutes during your day to reset by closing your eyes or focusing on a specific point in your environment. Inhale for a count of four, then exhale for a count of six. Repeat this cycle six to eight times. As you practice, observe any physical responses within your body, and note these sensations regardless of whether you approach this exercise with calmness, resilience, or anxiety. Acknowledge your body’s protective mechanisms and remind yourself that these reactions serve as safeguards. When finished, gently move your fingers and toes to reorient yourself to your surroundings.
