Monday Salutation
Our internal environment is often crowded before we even leave our beds. Research suggests that checking a smartphone within minutes of waking triggers a “stress response” by forcing us to react to the world’s agenda before we’ve set our own. This week, we practice clearing the signal to hear our own frequency first.
Monday Practice
• Upon waking, keep your phone in another room or on “Do Not Disturb.”
• Sit on the edge of your bed and keep your eyes closed for 2 minutes.
• Identify 3 sounds in the physical room (the hum of the fridge, a bird, your own breath).
• Gently open your eyes and name 3 things you are grateful to see in your immediate space.
Monday Writing Prompt

Monday Mantra
“My morning belongs to my peace, not the world’s noise.”
