Monday SalutationNourishment

Welcome to this Monday moment of grounding. As the week begins, we pause—not to rush forward, but to root down. Today we honor steadiness, presence, and the quiet strength that comes from being right where we are.

Monday Practice

  1. Sit or stand with both feet connected to the floor.
  2. Take three slow breaths, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
  3. Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet, traveling deep into the earth.
  4. With each exhale, release tension, urgency, or worry into the ground beneath you.
  5. With each inhale, draw up stability, support, and calm.
  6. Gently place one hand on your heart and one on your belly, and rest here for 60 seconds.

Monday Writing Prompt
