Monday Salutation Stillness
Welcome into this moment. As the week begins, we invite you to pause before you move, to listen before you respond, and to remember that stillness is not empty—it is alive with wisdom.
Monday Practice
Find a comfortable seated position and gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.
Take three slow breaths, allowing your body to settle with each exhale.
For the next two minutes, do nothing.
No fixing. No planning. No effort.
Simply notice sensations—your breath, the weight of your body, the sounds around you.
If your mind wanders, acknowledge it with kindness and return to the quiet rhythm of your breath.
Let stillness be a place you visit, not something you force.
Monday Writing Prompt
What becomes possible for me when I allow myself to be still? What am I able to hear, feel, or understand in stillness that I often miss in motion?
Monday Mantra
In stillness, I return to myself.
