Monday Practice
Practice (5 minutes)
Sit or stand with your feet grounded.
Inhale slowly through the nose. Exhale fully through the mouth.
Begin to name—silently or aloud—three things that are already supporting you in this moment.
Let awareness settle without judgment or expectation.
